We are solving powder blockage at the outlet of an attractive powder transport device hopper (size: 2S) with a Brody Disk Mini. Indeed, when the outlet diameter is small, certain types of powders can block it quickly, but this can be easily prevented with the Brody Disk or Brody Disk Mini. In this case, since the outlet size is small at 2S and it needs to be installed near the outlet, we installed four mini types that can be mounted even with a small radius on the installation surface. Two were installed 100 mm above the hopper wall along the outlet, and another two were installed 100 mm above that (the upper two were mounted at a location rotated 90 degrees from the lower two).
