Super Lumino V Top is a two-component urethane resin fluorescent paint that combines high-weather-resistant fluorescent pigments with high-quality general organic pigments. It uses a special isocyanate and polyol, making it free from the drawbacks of yellowing and chalking even after long-term outdoor exposure, and it excels in glossiness (overlay painting) and quick drying. It allows for a thick single coat and can dry at room temperature or through baking, and overlapping coats of the same paint can be applied in a shorter time using the Wet on Wet method (spray painting only). Its weather resistance has been significantly upgraded compared to conventional fluorescent paints (2 to 3 times better than our previous products). Additionally, Super Lumino V Top is ideal for weather-resistant applications such as helicopter emergency landing pads (H-mark) and emergency rescue spaces (R-mark) installed on skyscrapers (over 45m high) and fire trucks. Between 1958 and 1959, Dai Nippon Paint Co., Ltd. proposed the idea of separating and independently establishing its Ofuna factory, leading to the creation of its first subsidiary. The company's general affairs department considered and suggested names for the new company, first searching for English documents related to the new company's main product, "fluorescence." Terms such as fluorescence, fluorescence paint, luminous body, and luminous paint were identified, and it was found that in German, luminous body is "Leuchte" and luminous paint is "Die Leuchtfarbe." Therefore, the founder and first president, Nobu Negishi, had his name "Nobu" combined with the German word "Leuchte" to create the coined term "SIN+LEUCHTE," which was phonetically read as "Shinroih" and spelled as "SINLOIHI."
