■Size - We offer four sizes ranging from module m0.5 to m1.5. (For ground CP racks, CP2 and CP5) ■Precision - Material straightness: The final processing accuracy is finished within 0.04 mm. - Material parallelism: Finished within 0.01 mm through four-sided grinding. - Cumulative pitch error: Finished within 0.025 mm (200l). ■Use as an anti-backlash gear In recent years, the demand for anti-backlash mechanisms has increased. By using ground racks, backlash can be reduced to near "0". However, please note that high-precision installation is required in this case. ■Regarding material aging Although the material is treated (Hs40 to 45), it may undergo aging changes due to internal stress.
