Four-sided grinding and tooth surface grinding achieve gear accuracy of KHK R Class 1, with tooth surface hardness of 55 to 60 HRC. Since it is a carburized and hardened product only for the tooth part, the mounting holes can be freely processed.

The carburized tooth grinding rack "MRGF/MRGFD" is a high-strength and high-precision tooth grinding rack that has undergone carburizing hardening only on the tooth parts and has been ground on the tooth surfaces.
