This is a diamond nozzle designed primarily for high-pressure cleaning with a water jet, featuring a spray pattern that spreads out (flat pattern). Existing diamond nozzles for water jets have mostly been straight pattern nozzles. They have been used mainly in water cutting machines, which is a different field from cleaning. The newly developed fan-shaped diamond nozzle by our company is intended for applications different from traditional diamond nozzles, such as high-pressure cleaning at over 50 MPa and the deburring process of lead frames in semiconductor manufacturing. Upon shipment, we will conduct a simple test using our in-house water jet machine before dispatching the products.
