The forward-leaning die head body contributes to stable meniscus formation on the upstream side of the die lip!
We would like to introduce our "Backup-less Slot Die." The special die head was developed for backside coating in simultaneous double-sided coating. By using a lip roller positioned just before the die lip to hold the substrate, it suppresses wrinkles and vibrations in the material. This allows for stable coating without backing up the already coated surface. 【Features】 ■ Backup-less ■ The special die head was developed for backside coating in simultaneous double-sided coating ■ The lip roller holds the substrate, suppressing wrinkles and vibrations ■ Stable coating is possible without backing up the already coated surface ■ The gap between the lip roller and die lip can be adjusted to suppress lifting of the substrate *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
