The dual-side alignment checker "BS-121A" is an open-short testing machine that allows for batch inspection with dual-side alignment. The cumbersome alignment work between the board pattern and the probes is automated on both sides through image processing. Images captured by a CCD camera are calculated by a computer, automatically aligning to the positions registered by the operator. It is suitable for testing the electrical characteristics of ultra-fine patterns such as CSP and BGA.
