Are you having trouble with resin adhesion or maintenance on your heat sealer? Our "Tef-Lock" can solve it perfectly!
Our original surface treatment, "Tef-Lock," is a high-performance composite surface treatment technology that combines the high hardness and wear resistance of hard chrome plating with the non-stick and release properties of fluoropolymer. By using it in heat sealers instead of Teflon coatings or Teflon tape, we can improve maintenance and extend lifespan. The heat resistance temperature is approximately 250°C for continuous use. If you feel uneasy about the durability at 250°C for sealing PET resin, please try our "Heat-Resistant Tef-Lock," which has a heat resistance temperature of approximately 300°C to 350°C! We are happy to provide samples of Tef-Lock (standard type only) to those who request them. Please fill out the details of what you are specifically considering. Additionally, we also conduct test applications on small parts. Feel free to contact us. (Note: There are some restrictions on size and processes for test applications.)

basic information
A plating technology that combines the high hardness of chrome plating with the excellent non-stick properties of Teflon. It offers higher durability than Teflon coatings and Teflon tapes. ● Release Properties and Wear Resistance The excellent non-stick properties, low friction coefficient, self-lubrication, and low friction coefficient of hard chrome plating provide superior release properties and wear resistance compared to standard chrome plating and other fluoropolymer composite platings. ● Hardness The base is chrome plating, with a hardness of approximately Hv850. ● Heat Resistance It is below the melting point of fluoropolymer (327°C). For continuous use, a temperature around 250°C is recommended. For heat-resistant specifications, a melting point of about 400°C and continuous use temperatures of 300°C to 350°C are recommended. ● Safety It complies with the standards for utensils and containers based on the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Notification No. 370, making it suitable for applications where food comes into direct contact with the Teflon surface. ● Processing Characteristics The processing temperature is about 200°C, which is low, resulting in minimal thermal impact on the material.
