This is a composite plating of hard chrome plating and fluororesin known by trademarks such as Teflon. It combines the high hardness and wear resistance of hard chrome plating with the non-stick and release properties of fluororesins. **Features** - **Release Properties and Wear Resistance** The excellent non-stick properties, low friction coefficient, and self-lubricating characteristics of fluororesins, along with the low friction coefficient of hard chrome plating, provide superior release properties and wear resistance compared to standard chrome plating and other fluororesin composite platings. - **Hardness** Since the base is chrome plating, it has a hardness of approximately Hv850. - **Heat Resistance** It is below the melting point of fluororesins (327°C). Continuous use is recommended around 250°C. - **Safety** It complies with the standards for utensils and containers based on the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Notification No. 370, making it suitable for applications where food comes into direct contact with the Teflon surface. *Analysis experiments have been conducted by the Japan Food Analysis Center.* - **Processing Characteristics** Due to the low processing temperature of about 200°C, there is minimal thermal impact on the material. - **Maintenance-Free, Long Lifespan**
