In the context of the demand for miniaturization of automotive products, various characteristics are required for each capacitor in relation to mounting technology. This will be explained including aspects of reliability. **Lecture 3: Summary of the Presentation** Multilayer ceramic capacitors are important components widely used in electronic devices, and their production volume continues to increase. On the other hand, from a technical perspective, thinning and multilayering are rapidly advancing for miniaturization and increased capacity. To further promote thinning and multilayering in the future, the importance of the manufacturing process, along with dielectric materials and internal electrodes, is increasing. This presentation will discuss the essential technological elements and various materials necessary for the continued development of multilayer ceramic capacitors from a materials technology perspective. It will address not only the ideal state of dielectric materials but also innovations in electrode materials and process technologies.
