The HAEHNE BZV-A/BZH-A load cells are small, lightweight, and highly reliable tension measurement sensors made from aircraft-grade aluminum and designed with a pillow block type. The measurement range is 0.1-0.5 kN, with a high accuracy of 0.5% (combined error), making them suitable for use as tension detection sensors in various manufacturing processes.

The product's tension detection component uses a strain gauge type, which is robust and capable of measurement without being affected by vibrations or disturbances, unlike the widely used LVDT (Linear Variable Differential Transformer) type detection circuits. The form is a pillow block type, and it is mounted between the frame of the device or machine and the pillow block bearing. The BZV-A is used for measuring vertical tension, while the BZH-A is used for measuring horizontal tension. Hene also offers amplifiers specifically designed for this load cell, effectively processing the measurement signals.
