The HAEHNE BZV-A/BZH-A load cells are small, lightweight, and highly reliable tension measurement sensors made from aircraft-grade aluminum and feature a pillow block design. The measurement range is 0.1-0.5 kN, with an accuracy of 0.5% (combined error), making them suitable for use as tension detection sensors in various manufacturing processes.

The product's tension detection unit uses a strain gauge type, which is robust and can measure without being affected by vibrations or disturbances, unlike the widely used LVDT (Linear Variable Differential Transformer) type detection circuits. The form is a pillow block type, and it is mounted between the frame of the device or machine and the pillow block bearing. BZV-A is used for measuring vertical tension, while BZH-A is used for measuring horizontal tension. Heine Company also offers amplifiers specifically for this load cell, effectively processing the measurement signals.
