Atmospheric exposure resistance It has resistance to atmospheric exposure and maintains high quality stability even in atmospheric exposure environments. 3. Low defect and low migration of silicone The UV curing method optimizes the curing state of the silicone coating instantly. **Variations** 1. Wide high-clean type It can accommodate wide widths (2250 mm) and high clean environments (head section class 100). 2. Double-sided differential peel and same peel type Peel treatment on both sides of the film and differential peel design are also possible. 3. Antistatic treatment type Antistatic treatment using surfactants and other agents is possible. 4.
