【Features】 1. In addition to the conventional selection of peel strength, selection is possible from types with low Si migration, heat resistance, solvent resistance, and chemical resistance. 2. The silicone low migration type can suppress the decrease in adhesive strength and prevent splattering on the back side. 3. The heat-resistant type can suppress the phenomenon of heavy peeling during the customer's manufacturing process. 4. The solvent-resistant type can suppress the phenomenon of heavy peeling due to solvents, allowing for transfer processing. 5.
