The differential pressure type large flow rate controller DPFC/DPFM series measures flow rate by installing a pressure detection hole on the downstream side of the fluid and measuring the differential pressure within the flow tube. The development of micro differential pressure gauges has enabled a wide range of flow rates and advanced measurements. It performs differential pressure measurements in turbulent flow, allowing for a small flow path and short flow length. The flow meter achieves almost the same high-speed response as the piping resistance with extremely low pressure loss through micro differential pressure measurement.
