This is a fully automatic liquid filling machine for explosion-proof 18L cans/one-dan cans. All electrical equipment used is compliant with safety regulations, making it easy to comply with fire safety laws.
This is a pressure-resistant explosion-proof fully automatic filling machine designed for compact space, capable of completing the process from the transport of empty cans to palletizing within an explosion-proof area. - The filling valve is easy to disassemble and clean, offering excellent sanitary properties. - The materials for the valve's wetted parts can be selected from SUS304, SUS316, SUS316L, or PTFE (Teflon). - All equipment, including the control panel, can be installed in the explosion-proof area. The photo shows a unit type, but we also accommodate layout changes based on installation location or customer requests, such as modifications to a straight line configuration. Since both the hardware and software of the control unit are produced in-house, it is possible to communicate with higher-level PLCs or PCs via serial communication for data collection and CSV output. 【Equipment Configuration】 1. Since it is designed for pressure-resistant explosion-proof specifications, you only need to supply power and air to this unit for it to function. Unlike intrinsically safe explosion-proof specifications, which require complex wiring and piping work to install barriers in safe locations, this allows for cost reduction in installation work. By simply stacking empty cans in the empty can stock basket and pushing them into the unit, a series of filling operations can be performed automatically, contributing to labor-saving in filling operations, reduction of personnel, and shortening of work time.
