TFM-300 Series
This is a drum filling machine that can be used in hazardous locations. The filling nozzle is cylinder-operated, providing good responsiveness and enabling high-precision filling.
Our drum filling machine is composed of equipment certified for explosion-proof use in Japan, allowing for safe operation in hazardous locations (note: non-explosion-proof models can also be manufactured). Additionally, by installing a certified weighing scale after the filling machine, we can comply with the mandatory certification for automatic scales (JIS compliance for automatic scales). We can also manufacture conveyor systems such as front and rear drive conveyors, so please feel free to consult us. 【Features】 - The filling valve is easy to disassemble and clean, providing excellent sanitary properties. - In addition to SUS304, materials for contact parts can be selected from SUS316, SUS316L, and PTFE (Teflon). - Standard features include an automatic drip tray to prevent liquid drips and a mechanism that automatically retracts the nozzle when it collides with the container during descent. *Electrical equipment used in hazardous locations must have undergone domestic explosion-proof certification in Japan, even if it has been certified for explosion-proof use overseas (such as IECEx or ATEX). Our products have obtained domestic explosion-proof certification (TIIS certification) and can be safely used in explosion-proof areas.
