The tray packing machine with front and back inspection functionality picks up parts stored in the tray, transfers them to an index table, and performs image inspection of both sides. Defective products are ejected, while good products are repacked into the tray. Regarding the image inspection section, it is capable of performing image inspections more than twice with varying lighting conditions for both sides of the parts. Additionally, since the inspection is not conducted while the parts are stored in the tray, it can reliably detect issues such as burrs. Furthermore, because the parts are not transported while suspended from the suction head, it is less likely for misalignment to occur during transport. As we have developed our own inspection software, we can respond quickly to any additions or changes after delivery.
