High-value pellets can be easily produced without reducing the volume of expanded polystyrene.

It consists of a crusher, a stock tank, and a pelletizing device. The crusher is a high-performance three-axis machine that crushes materials in a short time and stores them in the stock tank. The pelletizing device is a compact high-performance machine equipped with a screen changer on the extruder. No manual labor is required other than the input of expanded polystyrene. It produces high-quality pellets with minimal degradation of the resin. There is a steam vent for moisture handling, making it possible to process wet materials in cold regions, supermarkets, wholesale markets, etc. The special-shaped rollers form the material into sheets, which enhances cooling efficiency. Being in sheet form, it absorbs fluctuations in discharge volume. The shape of the rollers is a special design (patent pending) that allows for easy separation when cut by the pelletizer.
