TESSHA' s Catalytic Oxidizer is a thermal recuperative and has a built-in heat exchanger. This built-in heat exchanger preheats the incoming contaminated gas by utilizing heat from the clean discharge gas. An additional heat exchanger can be attached、 if necessary.The fresh air being heated up by the hot discharge gas through the additional heat exchanger is returned to the processing lines and/or used for other purposes. The additional heat exchanger can be equipped with an auxiliary burner、 if necessary.

●The system can be operated in lower costs than other thermal oxidation processes with use of catalyst. ●Due to the catalytic reaction in lower temperature、 no NOx is released in the air. ●Against silicon and phosphorous、 which poison catalysis、 a pre-treatment media can be installed in front of catalyst and it solves the problem of poisoning. ●TESSHA Oxidizer is designed so as to process the flow in a negative pressure against the air outside and leakage of the processing flow is prevented.
