The hard coat film "SOMAGUARD" is a processed film with a precision coating of curable resin on the surface of a high-transparency polyester film. We will expand our lineup of various specifications, such as optical films for touch panels and adhesive processing, to provide a wide range of products to the market.

(1) High hardness and scratch resistance function - The standard grade pencil hardness is at the 3H level (JIS standard). - Durability tests using steel wool (500g load, friction cycles: 100 times) showed almost no change in the optical properties of the film, achieving the best level of scratch resistance. (2) Anti-fingerprint function - We offer a "oil-repellent type" that improves the wipe-off capability of adhered fingerprints and a "fingerprint-resistant type" that excels in preventing adhesion and enhances surface slip. (3) Low interference and anti-blocking function - We have prepared a type that suppresses the light interference patterns caused by interference and a type that reduces blocking due to the adhesion of films to each other. (4) High definition and high weather resistance function - As an anti-glare type, we provide a fine matte type that supports clear image display even for high-resolution display images, and a weather-resistant clear type that minimizes delamination between the hard coat film and the film even after prolonged exposure to ultraviolet light, reducing yellowing. We are also progressively developing a weather-resistant anti-glare type.
