KTM OM-2 Ball Valve

This is a new type of ball valve that adopts an emission control structure for air pollution prevention and ISO mount standards.

■Features - This valve offers excellent cost performance. - It adopts an air pollution prevention structure (emission control) regardless of whether the fluid is flammable or non-flammable. - The top flange uses an ISO mount that is independent from the gland section. - The E seat has excellent pressure and heat resistance, and its white color eliminates concerns about color contamination. - The split body structure is strong against piping stress and thermal distortion, protecting the gasket from loads due to one-sided tightening, excessive tightening, and external forces applied to the valve. - Even in the case of seat burn-through, a secondary seal via metal touch completely prevents leakage. (Passed fire-safe API607-4 edition) - A reinforced Teflon stem pairing is used in the gland section to reduce friction on the gland packing. - It is easy to operate due to low torque, allowing for a reduction in drive component costs. - The open and closed state of the valve can be confirmed from the outside. - It employs a blowout prevention system. - It has an electrostatic discharge prevention feature. - It can comply with NACE MR-01-75. - A key lock can be installed.
