Our company's "ball valve" has been developed by combining our automation technology and experience, featuring the Mighty Ace made of plastic (PBT) to achieve a lightweight and cost-effective automatic valve. A flange is provided at the bottom of the stem, and it is assembled from the inside of the body, ensuring that the stem does not pop out even in the event of abnormal fluid pressure or loosening at the gland. Additionally, the joint between the body and body cap is sealed with a PTFE gasket and a metal touch structure seal, protecting the PTFE gasket from excessive tightening or unilateral tightening of the body, and preventing fluctuations in the valve's operating torque.
