By adopting PBT (ToughPET) resin, an engineering plastic, for the cylinder, the burden on the device due to weight reduction is alleviated, leading to cost savings.
PBT (Tough Pet) does not fall under the law regarding the environmental impact of specific chemical substances (PRTR system). (Recently, specific chemical substances whose harmfulness has been revealed have become a concern for the public due to their causal relationship with adverse effects on the environment and human health. However, this resin does not fall under this category, and there is no obligation for notification, and it is recognized as environmentally friendly.)

basic information
● By using PBT (ToughPET) resin made from engineering plastics in the cylinder, we reduce the burden on the equipment due to weight reduction and achieve cost savings. ● The single-acting method allows for the same output as the double-cylinder method, enabling recovery action. ● Stable output and effective rotational motion through the trunnion method ensure reliable operation. Additionally, the simple structure excels in ease of maintenance and durability, fulfilling its role as an automatic valve for an extended period.
