It enhances productivity by facilitating smooth pushing and pulling operations of the mandrel under harsh conditions such as bending and temperature.
In the manufacturing of hose using a mandrel (core material), there is a need to perform operations of pushing in and pulling out the mandrel before and after vulcanization, or in a semi-vulcanized state. Therefore, it is necessary to treat the mandrel with an appropriate liquid lubricant in advance to facilitate these operations. Stractol products (MR series) possess properties that enhance productivity and allow for smooth operations under harsh conditions of bending and temperature.
