The use of mold release agents is a common method to facilitate the removal of vulcanized rubber products from molds and increase productivity. Among them, the mold release agent products from Sil + Zailach form a flexible and robust release (crosslinking) film on the mold surface. The durability of the film is long-lasting, and high production efficiency/economics can be expected. It is essential to ensure a clean mold surface at the beginning and to apply the release agent while the mold is heated to vulcanization temperature (to prevent gas adsorption from the atmosphere) for optimal performance. ■ Excellent release effect, quick and easy removal of vulcanized products ■ Outstanding durability against various types of vulcanization ■ Reduction of mold contamination / improvement of product surface / increased mold flow ■ Reduction of time loss in mold cleaning (decrease in cleaning frequency) ■ Increase in the number of acceptable products
