"Haldex Company Condenser" The condenser is characterized by its ability to remove moisture from the air. As a secondary effect, during the process of water vapor in compressed air liquefying, oil and small particles are also captured. It features a condenser with a fin-like shape similar to a heat sink, which consists of a strainer at the bottom, an inlet and outlet valve that controls the air entering and exiting the condenser through the strainer, and a recovery chamber that collects the condensed liquid. Air moves through the strainer to the inlet valve and then to the condensation recovery chamber, where large solid particles are captured by the strainer. Installation in vehicles is straightforward, requiring only connection to the air piping, with no need for electricity and easy maintenance. It has a compact size of L94×W104×H257mm and weighs 2.0kg. The liquid contained in the air is automatically discharged due to the pressure difference inside and outside the condenser, with a capacity to discharge 70cc of condensed liquid per cycle. The maximum operating pressure is 1.5MPa, and the operating temperature ranges from -45℃ to +80℃. It is used in trucks and buses from major manufacturers such as Daimler, Volvo, and Scania, and is utilized worldwide.
