This product is a powerful "rust prevention coating primer" that can be applied directly to rust on iron. It is a low VOC (volatile organic compounds) non-toxic coating agent that is compatible with a wide range of metals from iron to various alloys. (Mechanism for rust prevention) (1) When this product is applied directly to rust, it penetrates and removes mild rust that can be eliminated. (2) After reaching the metal surface that is not affected by rust, it protects the surface with a rust inhibitor. It forms strong ionic bond molecules on the metal surface to prevent the "redox reaction," which is the root cause of rust formation. (3) Rust that cannot be removed is converted into a "passivation film" that is less prone to rust, similar to stainless steel. (4) Furthermore, it covers the entire metal with a latex film, effectively preventing the passage of water vapor. *Since this product lacks strength, please apply a hard coating agent such as BF3-86 on top.
