The folding board temperature has decreased from 58.7℃ to 35.4℃! Here are some examples of installations in the factory.
We would like to introduce a case of repairing and heat-insulating a corrugated roof at a factory. The surface was prepared through scraping and high-pressure washing, followed by the application of 'AR-PRIMER 12.5' via spraying. A heat-insulating paint was then applied. Before the work, the temperature of the corrugated roof was 58.7℃, but after applying our product, it dropped to 47.9℃, and after applying the heat-insulating paint, it further decreased to 35.4℃. 【Construction Overview】 ■ Surface preparation through scraping and high-pressure washing (Before work corrugated roof temperature: 58.7℃) ■ Spraying of AR-PRIMER 12.5 (After work corrugated roof temperature: 47.9℃) ■ Application of heat-insulating paint (After work corrugated roof temperature: 35.4℃) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
