Stronger than galvanized steel! A case where the substrate preparation time was reduced to one-seventh, significantly cutting down on construction time and costs.
We would like to introduce a case where the carbon offset target rust-proof primer 'CCP' was applied to the structural section of a salt production plant. According to the results of the JIS standard cast test, it has higher corrosion resistance than typical rust-proof paints, hot-dip galvanized coatings, and Galvalume, and it possesses performance that rivals stainless steel. While our product is highly regarded for its corrosion resistance over rust, it also offers significant advantages when used during new construction. Additionally, by reducing the difficulty of the work, it can eliminate inconsistencies in finishing and time that arise from the skill levels of workers. 【Case Overview】 ■ Application Location: Structural Section of Salt Production Plant ■ Products Used: CCP117, CCP120 ■ Application Effect: The substrate preparation time was reduced to one-seventh, significantly cutting down on construction time and costs. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
