Prevent the intrusion of rainwater from above! Ensure a dry film thickness of 650 to 800 microns for heavy corrosion protection.
Here is an example of rust repair on a generator. The lower part of the generator has rusted further due to rainwater intrusion from above, with holes on the outside revealing the insulation material inside. The inner metal has rusted and flaked, and the rust continues to progress. Therefore, we applied 'AR-PRIMER 12.5', which allows excess moisture to escape until fully cured and transforms red rust into black rust with an alkaline coating to stabilize it. [Repair Points] - Prevent rainwater intrusion from above - Seal rust holes exposing insulation material - Ensure a dry film thickness of 650 to 800 microns for heavy corrosion protection *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
