Fax2Mail is a service that allows you to send and receive faxes using email or a browser. This cloud-based fax service, developed for businesses, comes with rich management features and can be used on the cloud, significantly reducing the burden on administrators. Additionally, salespeople in the field can check faxes from customers while on the go. Fax documents can be sent simply by attaching them to an email, which is then delivered to the recipient's fax machine, and received faxes can be received as attachments in emails sent to the user's email address. Furthermore, received faxes can also be accessed via an FTP server.

■Dedicated fax numbers for each individual Just like email addresses, dedicated fax numbers can be assigned to each individual. ■Mass distribution to up to 10,000 recipients In addition to regular fax sending and receiving, you can attach a list of multiple recipients (in CSV format) to send faxes to up to 10,000 recipients at once. ■Received file formats Faxes sent from others can be received as email attachments. You can choose the file format for the attachments to be either PDF or TIFF, depending on your usage environment. ■Check distribution results via email The results of fax distribution are sent via email. You can also check the status of fax sending and receiving on the web. ■Rich management features Fax2Mail allows you to manage fax numbers through a dedicated administrator page, making it easy to manage faxes by department, group, project, individual, or for campaigns, accommodating changes in the organization or fluctuations in employee numbers. Additionally, the administrator can review the faxes sent and received by users.
