In resin groove machining, it is common for large, difficult-to-remove burrs to occur as the material tends to melt, making it challenging to achieve high precision. However, the SHARP SAW-S allows for very low burrs and high-precision machining. Machining thin ribs is particularly difficult due to issues like heat generation and cutting resistance, which can cause rib collapse.
