PEEK is a thermoplastic super heat-resistant polymer resin that combines excellent mechanical properties and functionality. It excels in fatigue resistance, impact resistance, and creep resistance, and is usable with all chemicals except concentrated sulfuric acid. It is a pure material with minimal gas and metal ion leaching. ■ Continuous use temperature: 250°C ■ Load deflection temperature: 140°C ■ Heat water resistance: 200°C / Steam resistance: 300°C ■ Fatigue resistance / Wear resistance / Impact resistance ■ Chemical resistance ■ Complies with food sanitation laws / FDA approved ■ Radiation resistance ■ Flame retardant *Note 1 Cut sheets and rods are simply cut from raw materials using a saw.
