The Multi N2 Level Sensor is a device developed to measure the liquid level in a tank containing chemical solutions. It measures the level of liquid in processing tanks for cleaning devices such as semiconductors, LEDs, and LCD substrates, using N2 gas to gauge the liquid levels of chemicals in the equipment tank. When a liquid such as a chemical accumulates in a tank of a certain shape, the pressure exerted on the liquid surface includes atmospheric pressure plus liquid pressure. The N2 Level Sensor measures the pressure difference from the liquid surface to the bottom of the liquid and converts this into a numerical value representing the height (level) of the liquid. The N2 Level Sensor we sell has 2 channels, each capable of measuring 8 points of liquid level, making it a multi-type sensor. By connecting 2 tubes to a single tank, it can measure up to 16 points of liquid level. It has double the measurement capability compared to other multi N2 level sensors. Therefore, when the need arises to measure multiple levels, one device can handle it.

By connecting two tubes to separate tanks, it allows for level measurement of each tank using a two-channel system, enabling simultaneous measurement of the levels in two tanks with one sensor. 5. It is a high-precision sensor compared to other companies. 6. The setup is simple, and the liquid level is constantly displayed on the monitor, making level management easy. 7. It is possible to change the measurement position without altering the piping. Therefore, changes can be made even while the equipment is in operation. 8. With one tube, it can measure the level at eight points, resulting in simpler piping. (In the case of other companies, a single type requires the connection of eight tubes.) 9. It has RS232C communication capabilities, allowing for remote monitoring using PC communication.
