The dedicated electromagnet controller of this device maintains a constant output inside the canister, even with temperature changes in the electromagnet, ensuring consistent product quality.

In general, resin heat exchangers used in precision chemical industries, as well as in semiconductor, steelmaking, and metal surface treatment processes, have a chronic problem where leakage of chemical solutions frequently occurs at the head portion where the tubes and tube sheets are joined. The PTFE heat exchangers introduced by our company apply a special PTFE welding technology (Patent No. 0322241) to minimize the issue of chemical leakage at the head portion. Furthermore, by using PTFE tubes instead of the PFA tubes typically used in resin heat exchangers, we have improved heat resistance and corrosion resistance, while also reducing the friction coefficient of the internal surface to prevent the adhesion of contaminants to the internal surface. Preventing internal contamination not only helps maintain the purity of the chemical solutions but also simplifies maintenance, resulting in cost savings.

The Multi N2 Level Sensor is a device developed to measure the liquid level in a tank containing chemical solutions. It measures the level of liquid in processing tanks for cleaning devices such as semiconductors, LEDs, and LCD substrates, using N2 gas to gauge the liquid levels of chemicals in the equipment tank. When a liquid such as a chemical accumulates in a tank of a certain shape, the pressure exerted on the liquid surface includes atmospheric pressure plus liquid pressure. The N2 Level Sensor measures the pressure difference from the liquid surface to the bottom of the liquid and converts this into a numerical value representing the height (level) of the liquid. The N2 Level Sensor we sell has 2 channels, each capable of measuring 8 points of liquid level, making it a multi-type sensor. By connecting 2 tubes to a single tank, it can measure up to 16 points of liquid level. It has double the measurement capability compared to other multi N2 level sensors. Therefore, when the need arises to measure multiple levels, one device can handle it.

The gas heating heater Clean Hot minimizes heat radiation to the outside, achieving a lower temperature on the outer surface of the heater housing, which eliminates the need for insulation materials that cause pollution. At the same time, as a result of improved thermal efficiency, the gas heating time has been shortened, enabling rapid temperature rise. Furthermore, due to the special structure inside the heater housing, it is possible to achieve a high gas flow rate, allowing for a higher density of heater power, which enables the incorporation of large-capacity seed heaters.
