【Demonstration Machine Information】 ■EP-10 → This is a hydraulic vacuum extrusion molding machine that applies uniform linear pressure to the molding die, enabling the molding of complex structures such as 'honeycombs', which are considered difficult with screw-type molding machines. ■Y-75E・Y-05E・SY-05S → These models incorporate a jacket mechanism in the auger, bag screw, casing, and split cylinder sections, allowing for cooling and heating (thermal insulation) tailored to the raw materials and extruded products, achieving stable extrusion. Each drive unit uses an inverter, making it easy to change the extrusion speed. The vacuum pump for degassing molded products is located inside the machine base and can be moved on casters, making installation in tight spaces easy. ★Sample Testing in Progress★ To accurately respond to various needs, we have opened our testing room.
