The structure of this device is a simple design centered around a double-tank configuration, consisting of an internal clean tank and an external dirty tank. Rare earth magnets are placed along the inflow path to the clean tank, allowing for liquid purification with high magnetic force. This eliminates the need for extra filters and filter supply pumps, contributing to space-saving, energy conservation, and reduced running costs. Many customers face challenges with the "time" and "cost" associated with the necessary short-term cleaning of sludge within the tank, which is specific to grinding machines. A scraping plate that rotates once per minute is installed on the bottom of this device, and in combination with a screw conveyor, it automatically discharges sludge outside the machine. The cutting fluid is placed on the bottom plate and passes over a high-magnetic-force magnet for purification. The precipitated and adsorbed sludge is discharged outside the machine by a scraper plate and screw.
