Ideal for research and prototype grinding! Widely used for small-scale production.
In recent years, the characteristics of the vibrating mill, which has become common as a crushing machine, include the ability to achieve fine grinding in a short time by subjecting a grinding cylinder filled with grinding media to high-speed circular vibrations, thereby imparting significant crushing force to the media. It can be applied to a wide range of grinding, from medium to fine grinding. Additionally, crushing and mixing dispersion can be performed simultaneously, and both dry and wet processes are possible. Mechanochemical effects can also be obtained. The small vibrating mill (batch type) features a pot replacement system and is widely used for fine grinding of small quantities of test research materials as well as for small-scale production. Three models are available, and the materials for the grinding pots include iron, stainless steel, various ceramics, nylon, and rubber lining. Founded in 1946 as Nagoya Chemical Machinery Works with the aim of designing and manufacturing fermentation and distillation equipment for alcoholic beverages, it was subsequently developed and dissolved in March 1950, leading to the establishment of Chuo Chemical Machinery Co., Ltd. Focusing on the field of general chemical equipment, we have worked to improve and accumulate technology, achieving results in a wide range of areas up to the present day.
