Electromagnetic induction sensor developed for high-temperature heat treatment furnace processes.
In the high-temperature heat treatment process, we can measure the strip center position with an accuracy of ±5mm using electromagnetic induction sensors. It features a maintenance-free structure that can withstand long-term use. Two electromagnetic induction sensors are symmetrically arranged on the same plane, perpendicular to the pass level and aligned with the line center for measurement. It has characteristics such as high-precision measurement in high-temperature areas, insensitivity to steam shocks within the furnace, and maintenance-free operation, with a proven track record of 300 units worldwide. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Okaya Seiritsu Industry started in 1950 with the manufacturing of hydraulic control devices. With our expertise in control technology, we develop actuators and control systems that manage the flow of gases and liquids, contributing widely from room pressure control in high-tech factories and laboratories such as pharmaceutical plants, LCDs, and biotechnology, to water supply and sewage treatment facilities closely related to daily life, as well as steel mills for basic materials and power plants in the infrastructure of society.
