basic information
The AQ-10 is suitable for all dust control devices, including cyclones, dust collectors, and baghouses. It is also an ideal transducer for applications that require real-time data on smoke, dust, mist, and haze in underground transportation systems, ventilation systems, indoor workplaces, and more. The AQ-10 utilizes an optical layout consisting of infrared emitters and silicon detectors. When particles enter the detection area, an analog output, current, and voltage signal proportional to the particle concentration are generated, and this signal is sent to a recorder or centralized processing panel. The AQ-10 can be easily installed on walls or indoor air ducts. It can also be strategically placed in critical locations of dust control devices such as dust collectors and baghouses. The unit can be configured in a single or multi-point system.
