- Traditionally, only Ct7 and Ct10 grades could be achieved with rolling processing, but we have realized precision grade (JIS C5). - Since the shaft end diameter is set thicker, there is no need for inserting collars or shrink fitting. - The shape and dimensions of the shaft end are standardized, allowing for the direct installation of KSS support units. - The support side remains unprocessed, allowing for free adjustment of length according to customer specifications. - The axial clearance is set to a minimum of 5μm, but it is also possible to eliminate the axial clearance (preload) upon request. - We can accommodate shaft end shapes other than the standard upon request.
