It addresses the dissatisfaction of conventional MoBo (grinding ball screw type) being somewhat expensive, and resin MoBo (resin lead screw type) lacking in precision. ≪Features≫ ● An ideal structure has been achieved by directly attaching a 5-phase stepping motor to the shaft end of a rolled ball screw with a precision grade of Ct7, making the ball screw axis align with the motor's rotational axis. ● There is no need for alignment between the motor and screw shaft, resulting in a high-precision positioning mechanism and a reduction in work steps. ● The direct assembly structure eliminates the need for couplings, minimizing the length dimensions. ● The Rolled MoBo (TMB) series uses rolled ball screws, allowing for the construction of a low-cost linear motion mechanism. ● It is compliant with RoHS, demonstrating consideration for the environment.
