basic information
- Traditionally, only Ct7 and Ct10 grades could be achieved with rolling processing, but we have realized precision grade (JIS C5). - Since the shaft end diameter is set thicker, there is no need for inserting collars or shrink fitting. - The shape and dimensions of the shaft end are standardized, allowing for the direct installation of KSS support units. - The support side remains unprocessed, allowing for free adjustment of length according to customer specifications. - The axial clearance is set to a minimum of 5μm, but it is also possible to eliminate the axial clearance (preload) upon request. - We can accommodate shaft end shapes other than the standard upon request.

Company information
KSS started with the manufacturing of screw gauges and has been producing miniature ball screws for about 60 years. Our company specializes in ball screws with a screw shaft outer diameter of φ16mm or less, and we are capable of producing the world's smallest ball screw shaft diameter of φ1.8mm with a lead of 0.5mm. We are one of the few manufacturers in the world that specializes in miniature ball screws. In recent years, we have utilized these technologies to offer value-added unit products, aiming to become a "specialized manufacturer of miniature ball screws and actuators in the world."
