【Instructions for Use】 (1) Prepare the flagpole cap, φ6 rope, rope stop fittings, fixed wrench, and φ48 (φ38) steel pipe. (2) First, thread the rope stop fitting through the steel pipe. Next, pass it through the pulley part of the flagpole cap and insert it into the end of the steel pipe. (3) Tighten the wing nut that hangs the pulley of the flagpole cap to prevent the cap from coming off the steel pipe. Use a fixed wrench to secure the hex nut towards the steel pipe so that the wing nut does not loosen.
