■Couplings compatible with UTMIII, UTMII, and UTMV The UTM series is designed to minimize the impact of thrust loads and radial loads (other than torsion) on measurement results. However, excessive thrust loads and radial loads can not only introduce errors in the measurement results but also cause overheating of the bearings supporting the measurement axis, deformation of the strain gauge section, and even breakage. To solve such problems, please use the UCM/UCS/UCD couplings compatible with UTMIII, UTMII, and UTMV.
