【Features】 ○ As an expert in plastic prototyping, we have the technology to achieve both "precision" and "processing efficiency" with various materials. ○ We ensure quality assurance before shipment so that the finished product meets your satisfaction in both appearance and precision. ○ Thorough inspections utilizing CNC three-dimensional measuring instruments and image measurement & inspection systems support the "high quality" demanded by Arakawa Giken. 【Prototyping Achievements】 ○ Nozzle Station → Material: POM → Dimensions: 155 x 155 x 74t → Care was taken to avoid vibration caused by tool pressure due to the long nozzle section. ○ Mechanical Cam → Material: POM → Dimensions: 78 x 78 x 4t ○ Fan → Material: PC → Dimensions: 54 x 54 x 12t → Care was taken during cutting to prevent chip clogging due to the narrow fan section. ○ Dolphin → Material: ABS → Dimensions: 91 x 38 x 71t → Care was taken to ensure that the undercut machining did not shift. ● For more details, please contact us.
