◎Overview The device is a performance inspection machine for substrates. The substrates to be inspected drive the IGBT with an input signal and switch a 10A power supply. Each inspection involves verifying the operation of the IGBT based on the voltage of the input signal and measuring thermal resistance. The conditions for each inspection are set using a DA and PIO board built into a PC, and the voltage waveforms are determined using an AD board.
