- Comprehensive testing of ignition high-voltage coil's static and dynamic characteristics can be performed with this single unit. - Each measurement item is composed of dedicated circuits, allowing for high precision and quick measurements (FS 100mA, FS 20A, FS 10V, FS 50KV). - The voltage, pulse application, pulse width, and cycle can be freely set from a PC. - The presence or absence of each measurement item and the order can be freely configured from a PC. - Measurement waveforms can be evaluated against a mask (upper and lower limit checks are performed across the entire waveform). - All measurement data can be displayed in a list on the PC monitor. - Measurement waveforms can be viewed on the PC monitor. - All measurement results can be saved to a log file. - Automatic switching of inspection conditions is possible by entering the model code. - The mode can be switched between fully automatic inspection and manual inspection for each item. - It uses a Windows PC, making the operation easy to understand.

◎Overview This device is a performance testing machine for ignition high-voltage coils. It measures the static characteristics of the primary and secondary coils of the ignition high-voltage coil, as well as the high-voltage characteristics while in operation. It can be used for full inspection of all products on the manufacturing line. Each test outputs conditions using a built-in DA and PO board in the PC, measures voltage waveforms with an AD board, and makes judgments.
