Since our establishment in 1963, we at Fujita have been involved in OEM production in various fields, including automotive manufacturers both domestically and internationally, as well as aluminum sashes and containers, as a mold manufacturer. We have cultivated the technology and know-how to give shape to products. Today, we have equipped ourselves to handle the production of casting molds, forging molds, pressing molds, and various inspection jigs, and we are also engaged in research and development of molds to enhance the strength of aluminum wheels using carbon fiber, as well as molds compatible with CFRP. On the other hand, we leverage our production system for small quantities and a wide variety of products, accommodating processing for even a single piece of a specific type of part. Additionally, in 2022, a company specializing in lathe processing joined our group. This company focuses solely on lathe processing, primarily machining pins for molds, and has a proven track record of meeting various customer requests, including screw machining, multi-thread machining, external threads, internal threads, and fit verification.
